Placing Your Order
First things first, you need to register for an account to place a festive order if you do not already have a login from last year. Even if you already have a Click and Collect account, you still need a new account for Christmas & Hogmanay.
Browse the website as usual and select everything you need to feed your family this Christmas and New Year. Although, please note that if you want to order for Christmas and Hogmanay and collect these on different dates, you will need to place two separate orders. Be sure to check your order is exactly as you want it and then head to the checkout.
Contactless online payment
To help keep things simple and allow us to operate as quickly and efficiently as possible, we require payment in advance. All items are sold as fixed price and weight, and weights are approximate but will be met as closely as possible.
Collecting Your Order
Having already paid for your order online, there will be a separate, super efficient queue outside our shops for those only wishing to collect, leaving you free to grab and go!
Our shops will be open as normal, so please do pop in for any other bits and pieces you may need on the day. Please follow current guidelines re face coverings.
Our Festive Opening Times page provides details of our opening hours for your chosen collection day. Don’t panic if you can’t find your order number – we just need your surname and address to find your order.
Once at the front of the queue for collections, give your name to one of the team and they will match up your paperwork with your bag of tasty, Christmas goodies. We run a really quick and efficient system and we aim to have you sorted and on your way as soon as we can!
Your order will be handed over to you in a knotted bag. These aren’t the easiest to carry and can be a bit damp from the chill, so please do remember a big reusable bag to take your shopping home with you.
Please also check your order as soon as possible. We are happy to help you do this as we are aware we are asking you to ‘grab and go’! Just ask a member of our team to help you check your order before you head home. We try really hard to get it right for you, but if mistakes do happen, we want to help put them right well before Santa starts checking his orders!
