Orders may be amended or cancelled at any point up until the day the orders book close. 16th December for Christmas orders and 29th December for Hogmanay. Please contact us to amend or cancel your order and we will process any necessary refund due. No refund will be given for any orders cancelled after these dates or for orders not collected on the day as ordered. If after collecting your order any of the items are defective or not as you expected, please keep the item and return to your local shop at your earliest convenience for them to process your refund or offer you a replacement item. If you are unable to visit the shop please call the team to discuss. Photographs will be requested before a refund is issued remotely. Refunds will only be processed back on to the card which originally placed the order. Payment should appear in the customers bank account within 7 working days.
