A traditional Scottish favourite! Chicken breast stuffed with haggis, wrapped in our Unsmoked Back Bacon.

Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens). Remove all of the outer label and film lid – product can be cooked in tray provided. Place the tray of chicken balmoral onto an ovenproof dish and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink. Remove from oven, leave to rest for 2 minutes and serve.
