Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (165°C for fan assisted ovens). Remove bon bons from packaging and place onto a preheated baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil, then cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15-18 minutes.
Deep fry: Preheat fryer to 170°C. Remove bon bons from packaging and deep fry for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Remove bon bons from packaging, place in air fryer drawer and cook for 10 minutes.
Always ensure that the centre of the haggis bon bons are piping hot before serving.
