Two individual, classic beef wellingtons made from prime fillet encased in a crispy, golden pastry. A favourite at Christmas and Hogmanay!

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove film, place the tray onto an ovenproof tray in the centre of the oven for approx. 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
