Ideal for a festive pot roast
King of traditional roast beef joints! We carefully mature our beef, ensuring tenderness and flavour.
Our serving estimates allow for approx. 300g per person.
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Rub the rolled silverside joint with the beef dripping and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C.
Add onions, garlic and thyme around the beef with about 100ml of water. Uncover the meat for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
