Everyone’s favourite at Christmas – Pigs in Blankets!
Tasty pork chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon.
Available in 420g packs (14 pigs in blankets)
Pan fry: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan on a medium heat. Remove all packaging, place in the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required during cooking.
Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place the sausages onto a suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning several times throughout.
Oven: Preheat oven to approximately 190°C (175°C for fan assisted ovens). Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Always ensure that the centre is piping hot and no pink colour remains before serving.
